If I fall on the battlefield To my wife Sirush
If happen I fall on the battlefield, Don't be sad for long, find a love again, Your young heart let be filled of joy, be healed; When rose fades in spring - it’s pity, it’s pain.
I will become soil in a grassy field, I’ll become flower-in-field and smell sweet, You come visit me with your new beloved, Pick me so I can kiss your lovely hand.
That last kiss shall soothe my longing for you, And you’ll get tipsy by my charming smells, Let I am faded in warm hands of you, O, I wish you stay forever fadeless.
